2011 Roadster is Updated By Tesla!

The 2011 Roadster has new features and styling and the news of the vehicle's release has shot down rumors that the two seater would not be continued for 2011. Previous year used vehicles can be browsed at a Bradenton used cars dealership. The new model is called the Roadster 2.5 and it has several new additions. Volkswagen and other automakers have announced that they will be competing in the electric and hybrid auto market in the future and Volkswagen vehicles can be driven at a Peoria Volkswagen dealer.

Honda has several hybrid models that can be found at a Trenton Honda dealership like the Insight Hybrid and the Civic Hybrid. The new Roadster has an updated grille and a more sleek and aerodynamic body. Forged aluminum wheels are available for an additional $2900. The cabin is insulated for sound to keep outside noises out and keep music in.

The interior features new seating that is more comfortable with more back support. There is also a 7-inch LCD navigation touch screen and a back up camera that is part of an "electronics upgrade bundle" that will cost $4500. The Roadster also features a very silent powertrain. Tesla also said that the vehicle's performance in hot weather is improved.

The new Roadster will still cost $109,000 like previous models and can be purchased from Tesla. There will be a limited supply of the model as Tesla is currently increasing its production capacities. The Roadster is capable of driving up to 100 miles without being recharged.

Tesla recently had a successful IPO in which the stock's price started at $17 and went up to over $23 at the end of the day. However, the stock has been falling over the past week, and is now down to below where it started. The stock's decline is not a cause for alarm, it is likely due to volatile markets throughout the world and investor uncertainty.
