Fiat will expand on two cylinder engine;

Fiat will be offering more models that are powered by its two cylinder engine, the TwinAir. The two cylinder engine is the only one of its kind in Europe, and four cylinder models which are more powerful can be purchased from a Honda Dealership Salisbury. The TwinAir is a 875cc engine and first went on sale in July 2010 in the Fiat 500. Other fuel efficient models can be purchased from a Honda Dealer Seattle such as the Honda Civic, and the Fiat 500 is one of the most fuel efficient European vehicles. Fiat will continue to build the TwinAir engine and offer it one more models, and used fuel efficient vehicles can be purchased from a Brunswick Used Car Dealership.

Fiat will increase its production of the TwinAir engine to 100,000 units this year and 250,000 units next year. The units will be included on a broad range of vehicles and are some of the most fuel efficient engines on the market. Lancia will be releasing a model that will utilize the TwinAir engine. The Ypsilon subcompact will begin selling on May 24 and the Fiat Punto will also be featured with the engine. The engine is fuel efficient and similar to two cylinder engines that might be found normally on a motorcycle. Two cylinder engines have less CO2 emissions than larger engines but are not as powerful. The Fiat 500 is a compact car that utilizes the engine and is a popular vehicle.

Fiat will produce three different versions of the TwinAir that will be included on various models. There will be a normal TwinAir engine that will be included on the next generation Panda vehicle. There will be a 105 horsepower turbocharged version that can burn gasoline or CNG and will be put on the Panda. There is a 80 horsepower bi-fuel engine that cuts carbon dioxide emissions by burning natural gas.
